The C-Star Pleasure Riders & Company is a group featuring family and friends who enjoy sharing their horses and costumes with various cities and residents.  The group participates in many parades each year and most of the members are also volunteers for the El Monte Mounted Police Volunteers.  Throughout the past parade season, several of the riders received first place awards.  The riders’ costumes include Period Western, Working Western, Indian, Fancy Western and Charra.
